* Guests agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with their booking.
* We are not liable for **failed payments, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes** arising between Hosts and Guests.
* Each Host sets their own cancellation and refund policy.

* FindMyNextStay is **not responsible** for enforcing refunds unless required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
* FindMyNextStay shall not be liable for **injuries, losses, damages, theft, accidents, illness, or death** arising from stays booked through the Platform.
* We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy of listings, the quality of accommodations, or the behavior of Hosts or Guests.
* By using the Platform, you agree to **indemnify and hold harmless FindMyNextStay** from any claims, disputes, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Platform.

* Circumvent FindMyNextStay fees by making off-platform bookings.

* Disputes between Hosts and Guests must be resolved directly between those parties, we try our best to resolve the issue. When it comes to customer service we take the matter very serious.

* Any legal disputes involving FindMyNextStay shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
