This Host Agreement (“Agreement”) forms part of the Terms & Conditions of FindMyNextStay and governs your responsibilities as a Host listing accommodation on our Platform. By creating a listing, you agree to the following:
1. Host Responsibilities.
You confirm you have the legal right (ownership or authorization) to rent the property.
You are solely responsible for:
Compliance with local laws, licenses, zoning, and tax obligations.
Safety of the property, including fire safety, security, and health standards.
Accuracy of listing information (photos, pricing, amenities, rules).
2. Guest Experience.
You agree to treat Guests with respect and provide the accommodation as advertised.
You are responsible for addressing Guest complaints, refunds, or issues directly.
3. Payments & Fees.
You agree to pay any applicable service fees charged by FindMyNextStay.
FindMyNextStay may withhold payments if disputes or fraudulent activity are suspected.
4. Liability & Indemnity.
FindMyNextStay is not liable for accidents, damages, theft, injuries, or losses occurring at your property.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindMyNextStay against any claims, lawsuits, or damages arising from your property or actions.
5. Insurance.
You are strongly encouraged to hold adequate home, landlord, or short-term rental insurance. FindMyNextStay does not provide insurance coverage.
6. Prohibited Conduct.
You may not:
Post misleading or fraudulent listings.
Discriminate against Guests based on race, religion, gender, or other protected categories.
Accept payments outside the Platform to avoid fees.
7. Termination.
FindMyNextStay reserves the right to suspend or remove your listing if you violate this Agreement.
